Youth Services

Wesley Community Center’s program for elementary, middle and high school youth supports academic development, enhances social and personal skills, increases community involvement and provides a safe environment during after-school hours.

Healthy Lifestyles – We provide field trips, recreation, and other activities to enhance health/exercise and wellness. Students receive a daily nutritious snack.

Social and Emotional Learning We involve youth in peer discussions/programs that develop positive social and emotional skills and well-being. This includes civic engagement to foster responsible, active citizenship in the community.

Technology We teach appropriate use of technologies such as: computers, internet, social media, animation, game design, studio work etc.

Enrichment Activities We engage in activities that provide exposure to music, dance, art, and cultures.

Summer Success Program We offer summer programming to prevent learning loss that may occur during the summer break from school. These programs focus on keeping children prepared to start the school year on par with children in other communities.

Wesley gives me peace of mind knowing that my child is in good hands.
