We continue to monitor COVID-19 activity in Houston and take the advice of the Mayor’s office and the County Judge’s to ensure the safety of our families and staff. We will begin a slow, safe return of some of our programs.

  • Starting September 14, we will be opening the Kurtz Learning Hub in Wesley’s Kurtz Gym. Students 13 and up are able to sign up for designated sessions to use our Wi-fi along with technology and homework help from our staff. Contact Julia Gonzalez 713-821-8909 for more information.
  • Starting September 14, our Early Head Start program will begin virtual learning for families. Wesley teachers will be meeting with enrolled families by phone or video chat to help with the development and learning of our youngest students.
  • Starting September 28, our Early Childhood Education will begin virtual and limited in-person classes.

Our building remains closed to the general public. Our Financial Opportunity Center and Community Assistance programs are available remotely. Please call 713-223-8131 if you are in need of assistance.

Our Food Pantry continues to be open on Wednesdays and Fridays 9am-noon for drive through food distribution.
