Adult and Family Services
Wesley’s Adult and Family Services Program offers emergency and ongoing assistance to families in need. Using resources within and beyond the agency, Wesley staff work with clients to develop client-driven plans for emergency relief.

Depending on the availability of funds, our Emergency Assistance program utilizes case management and individual service plans so that families may receive emergency rent and utility assistance, if needed. Our case managers provide connections to other community resources as well.
