Community Assistance

Wesley’s Community Assistance Program offers emergency financial assistance to families in need. Wesley staff work with clients to develop client-driven plans for emergency relief. Rent assistance(based on availability), utility assistance, and food pantry services are available.

If you are seeking assistance for rent or utilities, call 713-236-9008 Monday through Friday and leave a message. Someone will call you back to schedule an appointment if you qualify. Nosotros hablamos español.

Depending on the availability of funds, our Emergency Assistance program utilizes case management and individual service plans for families to receive emergency rent and utility assistance, if they qualify. Our case managers provide connections to other community resources as well.

Food Pantry

Wesley’s Food Pantry is open Wednesdays and Fridays 9am-noon for drive-through only.
Thursdays is reserved for walkers 9am-noon.
We are open the 3rd and 4th Saturday of the month 9am-noon for walkers and drivers.
